Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Introduction 

Full Circle Graphics operates in the design, branding and website management industry. The organisation is committed to delivering goods and services for its customers without causing harm to others. In so doing, the organisation is committed to supporting the UK Government’s Action Plan to implement the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. 

This Statement is designed to satisfy the requirements of Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, by informing our employees, suppliers, other third party partners and customers about Full Circle Graphics and its Statement with respect to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and labour rights violations in its supply chains. 

Although, as a business, Full Circle Graphics turns over far less than the threshold for businesses required to publish a statement under the Act, the organisation considers that our customer’s spend through its supply agreements warrants a statement on the risks inherent in our supply chains and the steps we are taking to address them, in line with the organisations practices in sustainable and responsible procurement. 

Our categories 

Full Circle Graphics supply chains mainly fall under two categories, which are: 

  • • Labour 
  • • Suppliers of equipment and services 

Full Circle Graphics is committed to ensure that: 

1. Employment is freely chosen; 

2. Working conditions are safe and hygienic; 

3. Child labour shall not be used; 

4. Living wages are paid; 

5. Working hours are not excessive; 

6. No discrimination is practised; 

7. Regular employment is provided; and 

8. No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed.

As part of this reporting exercise in this and the coming years, Full Circle Graphics expresses its commitment to the abolition of modern slavery, human trafficking, forced and bonded labour and labour rights violations.
